Dragoncon Street Photography with my Fuji X100

I finally had a chance to take my new Fuji X100 to the streets today. The Dragoncon Parade in downtown Atlanta was the perfect place to put it to the street photography test. I'm still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on the camera, but despite my lack of familiarity, I managed to come up with some shots I like. Here are a few of my favorites. For more, check out this slideshow.

I spent a lot of time taking photos of people watching the parade. Later in the day, I managed to get close enough to the folks in the parade to click off a few frames I was happy with.

I processed most of the photos as black and white ... guess I was channeling the 1980s street photographer in me. But there were a few photos that just screamed color -- see below.
