My assistant photographer, Sharon McMahon, and I had the privilege of photographing Kate Floyd and Kyle Tau's wedding and reception yesterday. Kate and Kyle and family, along with the wedding planners from Wedding Soiree pulled together everything necessary for an awesome wedding--a beautiful dress and veil for the bride, gorgeous flowers by Bloom Floral Design, handsome tuxedos for the guys, some delicious Southern food and drink from the Chef Joe Truex and crew, and a down-home, kicking, bluegrass band DejaBlue. The wedding was performed by Kate's grandfather in Cannon Chapel on the Emory Campus and the reception took place at The Watershed Restaurant in Decatur.
